Welcome to the Condition page,

In what shape are you? Do you move enough? Do you go to the Gym
at least twice a week? Do you play tennis, football, soccer, running etc.?
I hope you do at least one of the above mentioned things.

If you're form is not optimal you're body can't function properly.
If you want to get Xenergized, then getting your body into shape is one of the
main things you have to work on.

First of all you need check in what form your body is at, at the moment.
If you can't run more than 2 miles without stopping, then your condition
 is not in optimum state.

Working on your form is not hard, but it needs to be done frequently so as to
build up your form to an acceptable state. You need to start with short
amounts of time training and expanding it every week.

A good thing to keep in mind is that if you work out everyday, make sure you
do something else every day. If you do cardio every day for 20 minutes, then
your body will get used to it and your condition will stay the same.
If you run on Monday, do cardio on Wednesday and steps on Friday then your
body will get in a better shape. Also try to extend the time for working out.
Start with 10 minutes and try to increase every next workout with 2 minutes.

Some tips and examples to get your condition to a higher level.

     :: Running
 Running at the gym:
If you workout by running in the gym, try to use different
settings on the running machine. Change the speed and time and
also use the "running up a hill" setting if it is available.

 Running at the park:
One of the most common places people like to run. It's a nice
place to run and your mind will get distracted from running so you
will feel less of the "pain" but your body is working! Try not to stop if you
see friends, keep running until you're finished.

 Running thru the city:
A nice and busy place to run. It may be a bit hard if there are lots of red
lights. Try not to stop and find another way through the city. Every time you
have to stop for something, it's a pause, and you want as little amount of
pauses as possible. If you live in a big city, it may be handy to just run at
your Gym or at the Park.

Try to change time and speed frequently.
 10 minutes - 20 minutes - 15 minutes - 25 minutes - 45 minutes etc.
 and change speed: 5 m/p 7 m/p 10 m/p
just examples to keep in mind while your running

     :: Cardio

 Spinning at the gym:
If you are spinning in the gym, try different
 speeds and times every
day you spin. If you don't like to spin alone, try a
cardio group. Most of the gyms do spinning with
 a group a few times a week.

 Spinning at home:
If you got a spinning machine at home then you don't have to go to the gym.
But it’s easy to give in and not work out, so try to keep focused and spin
enough and don't stop earlier because the phone rings or something like
that. Spinning at home is easy, but you have to be focused enough to really
do it. Also change the speeds and time all the time.

 Bicycling outside:
Fresh air, constantly change of speed and time 'automatically' and you
have to concentrate on your trip. Also great for getting rid of stress and
at the same time working out. Try to stay at a high speed, and try to
find a way through the city without stopping. If you don't feel like doing it
 alone then invite a friend!

     :: Stepping
 Stepping at the gym:
If you are stepping at the gym, try to change
 different speeds and time every
day you step. If you don't like to step alone, try
 a stepping group. Most of
the gyms do stepping with a group a few times a
 week.

 Stepping at home:
If you got a stepping machine at home then you don't have to go to the gym.
But it’s easy to find an excuse so you don’t have to do it, so keep focused
and try to step enough and don't stop earlier because the phone rings or
something else which needs your attention. Stepping at home is easy, but
you have to be focused for really doing it. Also change the speeds and time
 all the time.

See if your stepping machine has a function: Running up a hill. try it!

If your body is in good shape, then try to get your body in a better state. You
won't feel tired and you can take on a lot more things than before. You will feel f
fresh and you mind is clear.

If your body shape is alright then try to keep it that way, don't fall back to bad
habits and try to keep doing your weekly cardio, stepping & running etc.

You're just another great step forward for getting Xenergized!
