Welcome to the Exercises page,
 
 Exercising is the most important thing if you want to get Xenergized! Don't think
 exercising is always a big thing. It can also be a walk in the park or a dive
 into the sea. You can call it moving. The more you move, the better your body
 works. It is a way to keep your body fresh, stable and fit.

 Unfortunately people aren't moving enough, they are sitting behind their desk
 the whole day. No wonder you have a lack of energy!
 Your body thinks you don't have to do anything, it gets used to doing nothing.
 And if you do get up and want to move, you can't  because your body hasn’t
 enough energy (and isn't used to it anymore)

 So start with moving more, it sounds stupid, but take the stairs instead of
 the elevator. Go to the supermarket and buy fresh fruit instead of walking into a
 restaurant. Take the bike to your work, and stop using the car so much!
 Take a small break during work and walk around the office, don't let your body
 "fall asleep".

 
 If you don't exercise and move enough than your body will get into a so called
 'sleep mode'. You will have less power and you won't be feeling fit. Try to keep moving
 and keep your body working!

 Doing those things is a small step to get Xenergized! But you're not there yet.
 Get a membership at the nearest gym, don't waste your money on "home"
 trainers, after a week you'll probably never use them again.
 I'm sure "working out" at the Gym is the key to Xenergized. There are lots
 of things you can do in the gym like cardio, running and weight training.
 By doing those things you're body gets fitter and if your body gets fitter,
 you will lose weight (or gain muscles), get a clear mind and relieve stress!

 Your body is the "machine" that moves you around, without a body it's hard
 to live, so treat your body well and get the most out of it!
