 Food is the fuel for our bodies. Without food a healthy body is unimaginable.
 You can either build your body well or build your body wrong.
 It's your own choice. Eating wrong things will lead to a fat and unstable body
 and mind, and can cause many diseases. By eating healthy things your body
 gets the right minerals and vitamins in order to get strong and healthy. Sounds
 easy, but more than 80% of the population in the world eats wrong!

        


 The first thing you need to check is how many times you eat each day.
 The best thing to do is to split up your meals and eat small meals every 2
 hours. This will keep your body in an anabolic state, it means that it keeps
 working and keeps burning calories. 5 healthy meals a day is the minimum.
 Never forget your breakfast and never eat after 10 pm. Eat fruit instead of
 snacking and a good thing to keep in mind is: Don't eat until you are totally full,
 but eat until you can say that you can eat a little more.

 A good thing to remember is to include a non-Xenergized eating day every week.
 This means that on one day a week, you can eat whatever you like, but only if
 you have eaten healthy food the whole week. This is not bad for you and it will
 not make you fat. It's just a small present for yourself!
