 Choosing your meals during the day isn't hard, but the way you
 choose your meals is probably not the right way! First of all you need to realize
 that everything you put in your mouth is considered a meal, this means that
 even a small candy bar, or a sweet, is considered a whole meal. You need at
 least 5 healthy meals a day to keep your body functioning properly and fully
 Xenergized.

 If you want to keep your body in an anabolic state, then your body needs "fuel"
 every two hours. Try the protein rich foods. Fruit is also very important for your
 body and mind, so eat at least 3 pieces of fruit everyday.
 
   The most important meal of the day is your breakfast, never ever forget it!  

 To make up a great meal plan for you is impossible. Every person is different.
 Go to your local gym and ask your trainer. A few tips to keep in mind for
 everyone are given below.

 A few extra tips to keep in mind are:
 1. Try to avoid soft drinks with gas and lots of sugar.
 2. Drink lots of water (you can add a fresh lemon)
 3. When drinking coffee or thee, don't add normal sugar but only natural sugars.
 4. Try to avoid salt. A little is good, but not too much or extra.
 5. Take 1 day a week off from your diet. This will confuse your body in a good
     way. On that day you can eat everything you want, but the next day you
     keep to the strict diet.
