Welcome to the Power page,
 

 Power is a word that has more than one explanation. You can see power as
 Body strength and power as mentally. Both are very important. If you can't
 find the right balance between two, you will never reach your goal.
 
 Mentally is very important, the first thing you need to do is get over the thing
 that you are tired. Say to your self: I am full of energy! That will help your body
 to think that it is real, even if its not.

 Sleep is one of the most important thing to get mentally strong. If you sleep at
 least 7 hours a night, then your body can fully recover. Next morning you will
 be full of energy and mentally strong to survive you're whole day without even
 thinking of feeling tired. You're body needs sleep, so if you don't sleep enough
 then your body can't function properly. A thing to keep in mind is:
 You can never sleep too long (as for hurting your self).
 
   Listening to music you like can help you to gain power, some people say that music is
 like drugs. Try to listen to music while you're doing other things, it may help you to focus
 better.
 

 You also can see power as body strength. If you can't handle your jobs
 because you have to less power to move your body then you need more
 muscles or your body is to heavy weighted for your muscles.
 The solution for that is work out your body properly to get more muscle so
 you have more energy left when you had a though day or a good workout.

 


 If you don't move your body enough, then your body and muscles get used to it,
 so if you want to move then, you can't. Why not? because you're body isn't
 used to it any more. Keep moving, keep working out, and find the right balance.
 You can use supplements to help you to get strong, but remember that they
 are only 'additive' supplements, you have to do the hard working yourself!
 
   If you work-out in the gym everyday, keep in mind that you don't train the same bodyparts
 everday. Don't train your legs today and tomorrow, but train your legs today and tomorrow
 e.a your back. If you train the same muscles everday then you probably get overtrained
 and you will loose power.

 The key to power is to find your pain, and handle it in the right way.
