Power is a word that has more than one explanation. You can see power as Body strength and power as mentally. Both are very important. If you can't find the right balance between two, you will never reach your goal. Mentally is very important, the first thing you need to do is get over the thing that you are tired. Say to your self: I am full of energy! That will help your body to think that it is real, even if its not. Sleep is one of the most important thing to get mentally strong. If you sleep at least 7 hours a night, then your body can fully recover. Next morning you will be full of energy and mentally strong to survive you're whole day without even thinking of feeling tired. You're body needs sleep, so if you don't sleep enough then your body can't function properly. A thing to keep in mind is: You can never sleep too long (as for hurting your self).
