Welcome to the Supplements page,

Supplements, some work, some don't, some are great, and some won't fit you.
Before taking any supplements you need to be sure that your health is ok and
be sure that it is fine for you to use these supplements before you start taking
them! From my own experience I know that some "energy" supplements can
have a massive effect. If it's too strong, it might scare the hell out of you. So be
careful. For now I am talking about supplements that work, but there are also
lots of supplements that don't work at all. The best thing you can do before
taking them is to check out what the ingredients in the supplement you are
planning to use, are. The most common ingredients to increase your energy
level are: Caffeine, Geranamine and Synephrine. Not everyone responds the
same way to the different ingredients. More often you can receive a sample
pack, try them before buying a supplement!

Your body is at work the whole day and as a result it needs fuel the whole day!
By using supplements you get just that little extra power so you won't get tired
and you're body and mind will continue producing the right things.

There a lots of supplements, we have 3 main chapters:

Protein  (fuel for your body)

Pills  (the extra "overdoses" of vitamins and good nutrients)

Snacks  (the good ones, with only good ingredients)

All of these will cost you money, but like I always say:
Better spending it on something that's good for you, than wasting it on
things that are bad for you (like cigarettes, alcohol etc.).

If you're taking supplements, keep in mind when to take them and why you are
taking them. It's good to take pauses between supplements and don't use them
for a long period without any pauses.

Using good supplements may improve your condition and get your body in a
healthy state. However before taking any supplement please see a doctor or a
 personal trainer.

Statements on the back of some supplements have not been evaluated by
the Food and Drug Administration. Keep in mind that supplements are not
intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease.
